Unfortunately, many people started before it was known to the public to be so harmful. Back in the 60s tobacco cos. would give away free samples outside of high schools so young people would pick it up.

Smoking is an addiction yes, and when i started smoking, the bad things about cigarettes were never broadcasted the way they are now, it took 19 years, and i quit. I tried everything, it took my 5 year old picking up a cigarette butt, putting it in his mouth, and saying look daddy, im just like you. I have been smoke free for over a year and a half. Now if I could get my wife to stop, ill be set
