I don’t believe in heaven etc. but what I say comes from the heart. I am glad your dad is no longer suffering and I hope you find the strength to remember the good times and not the last part. I have lost several relatives to cancer and one has it just now. Even the word gives me the shivers!! You are so brave to show this. Be strong and I say live life to the fullest. Take no shit but be the best you can be to others. Hopefully one day this bastard disease will be curable.

If this is posted twice I apologize, My computer is retarded. Candi I am so sorry about your father. I will keep you in my prayers. My stepfather is said he will not make it tonight. He is in hospice with the last stages of cancer that has reached his kidneys and liver.

God bless you Candi. This video is so sad. My stepdad who has been more of a father to me than my real father is in hospice right now and they are saying he will die tonight. I will keep you in my prayers and know what it is like to lose someone to cancer, I have lost so many people I love to cancer. It is a nasty disease that people need to be more aware of. We need to appreciate and love each other more. God bless

I had to cry.
The video showed the disease in cruel but true way. My grandpa died of lung cancer last month and it was really awful to see it. And he didn’t smoked, too.
May your dad rest in peace.

My father also passed away from having lung cancer. (16 years ago). It was a horrible way to die. Your pics brought back memories of what we went through. My prayers are with you.

dyadtwo October 15, 2009 at 6:48 PM

Over 60% of new lung cancers are diagnosed in people who never smoked or who
managed to quit smoking even decades ago. (I’m sorry for your loss, Jason)
